Leadership Team

Teamwork Creates Success

In many ways, a cooperative is like a multi-generational farm. Its success depends on careful management, a commitment to stand the test of time, and an emphasis on the power of partnerships.

“As a cooperative, we believe coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; and working together is success.”

—Chris Boshart, General Manager

Through the years, Gold-Eagle has been blessed with consistent leadership that has helped the company grow. In fact, we’ve only had six general managers since our parent company, Farmers Elevator Company of Goldfield, was founded in 1908.

We know it takes a whole team to help Gold-Eagle succeed since creating value is an inherently cooperative process at Gold-Eagle Cooperative.
